General:
The blower is high speed permanent magnet motor driven and single stage turbo type. Air breathing is a horizontal single suction type and air discharging is a vertical type. The blower is mainly composed of impeller, casing, spindle, cooling device, high speed permanent magnet motor, expansion equipment, control panel and inverter.
Casing:
Casing is high strength aluminium alloy which is removed gas pocket, pin hole, porous shrinkage cavity and segregation. It maintain geometric tolerance and concentricity and it has an easy structure to assemble and disassemble. Furthermore, it's structure can withstand thermal expansion, vibration and 1.5 times of maximum operation pressure. The inside of fuselage of the casing have a structure that smooth and less frictional resistance of fluid and maintain high efficiency. Also the suction side is in horizontal direction and the discharge side is in the vertical direction.
Impeller
Impeller is designed and produced with high strength stainless steel to keep efficiency and maintain dynamic balance and variable degree of capacity to be adjusted extensively. Impeller is produced with the method of lost wax using the stainless steel. The design of the shape of the impeller blade use the method of the optimum 3D design of high efficiency. Impeller is directed connected to rotor of motor using the method of shrinkage fitting without coupling.
Shaft
Shaft is directly connected to impeller. The shaft which is composed of the alloy steel is treated by heating, grinded and processed to maintain the dynamic balance during rotation. It don't need a shaft seal because it uses an magnetic bearing. The strength of shaft have enough safety factor for power transfer and critical speed.
Magnetic bearing
Magnetic bearing is applied to levitate the body of rotating, which don't need a complicated system of oil bearing, seal , oil filter and cooler. It's real oil free blower which has no oil in the discharge air.
Air volume control device
Impeller RPM is controlled by VFD modulation system, which adjust the rotation RPM and control the air volume.
External case
The external case protects and supports the high speed motor, inverter and controller with structural steel. Because there is no mechanical vibration, floor fixing is not required.
Blower off valve
The blow off valve is installed on the discharge side to protect blower from starting and urgent operating at the surge line when blower starts and stops.
UPS protection system
The UPS protection system is adopted for protection of sudden power off.
Motor
The high speed rotation and high efficiency permanent magnet motor without physical contact between stator and rotor is applied. No noise, no vibration and long life.
